Single-wing firedoors
The company "NSHEV Systems" Ltd. offers firedoors, fire-resistant doors, and fireproof doors, certified according to UNI 9723, as tested prototypes, and at the same time the products, which are mass-produced, have CSI / CERT certificates because they correspond to the tested prototypes.
The products are marked with the CE mark, which indicates products of European quality that meet EU standards.
The doors save for a certain time:
R - (resistance) - their mechanical stability
E - (emission) - do not leak combustion products
I - (insulation) - insulate the room from the temperature of the fire.
REI 60 doors meet the requirements for fire resistance limit of 72 minutes and are approved by the Directorate of the National Fire and Emergency Safety Service ref. No. PO PS 269 / 30.03.2005 for applicability in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Fire-resistant doors consist of a corner frame, which has a built-in swellable fire seal and sash. The door wing is a double-sided galvanized steel housing filled with thermal insulation material and painted in RAL 9010. The hinges are adjustable, consist of three parts and inside there is a pre-tensioned spring, guaranteeing the self-closing of the door. The doors are equipped with a fireproof lock with a "Patent" cartridge. The handles are black, and those on the heated side are fire resistant. The doors can be solid, glazed and fully glazed in standard and non-standard sizes. As options we offer decorative veneer coatings, drop sills, self-closing mechanisms, locking devices and anti-panic systems.
Technical information:
- The door wing is 60 mm thick, the outer parts are made of sheet steel - 0.8 mm, the inner part is made of a thick layer of non-combustible material
- The door frame is made of 1.5 mm thick sheet steel
- It is locked with a secret lock
- The doors are available with a black rounded handle
- Double hinges and automatic self-closing of each wing
- Reinforcing elements for mounting of the panic lever

- 28 mm heat-absorbing sealing rubber for additional smoke protection in case of fire
