Polycarbonate panels for installation on roof of sandwich panels

Polycarbonate roofing panels are installed on a sandwich panel roof. Holes must be left in the roof for the installation.

There are several types of polycarbonate panels: with 2, with 4, with 5 and with 7 corrugations.

The thicknesses are as follows: 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm and an underlayer mounting.

Pegs and self-tapping screws with a watertight washer are required for installation.

There are details for plugging the hollow side of the sandwich panel and "Z" details for each beam to compensate for the height.

It is recommended to install a seal between the sandwich panel and the polycarbonate panel to avoid "cracking" from the thermal expansion of the materials.
